Disclosure

Processing orders take 1-5 business days. All sales are final, and no refunds will be given. Please check your order carefully before buying. We guarantee our products, but we do not accept returns, or cancellations. Pleases inspect items upon receiving with 24 hours. We offer the option to pick up if local. But you may opt in to still have it shipped.

Damages and Issues

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please file a claim through USPS. Once packages are dropped off to the post office they are no longer under my care or control. Please verify Address when checking out, if an item is returned a refund will not be issued. But you can claim item to a corrected address.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with any damages or issues in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
